We have gathered together some of the most asked questions about the different qualities and practical features of both Granite, Quartz or Marble Worktops. Hopefully this will help you make your decision of which is most suitable for your Kitchen.

As a member of the public can I buy my worktops direct from you??

Yes, of course we can supply quartz and granite worktops to both public and trade customers.

What is involved in templating my granite, quartz or marble worktops?

Prior to the fabrication of your countertops, your kitchen will need to be digitally templated. This involves one of our highly skilled craftsmen visiting your home to use digital laser technology equipment to accurately measure your worktops. During this process we will also confirm the exact positions of sinks, hobs and any other requirements needed, to ensure your worktops are exactly how you would like them.

What must I have on-site when you arrive to template my worktops?

You need to ensure that all cabinets are level, that they have sufficient braces and are secured firmly. Make sure you know the final location of sinks, hobs, taps or any other fittings required and have these available on site. Please ensure once your cabinets have been templated that the cabinets aren’t moved, as any changes may cause significant delays and incur extra charges.

Do I need to be home when you carry out the template and installation for my worktops?

Yes, we ask that somebody is at the premises to allow access and to discuss and confirm your design requirements. This allows the completion of the job to run smoothly and your quartz or granite worktops to fit perfectly.

What is the time span from template to installation of my worktops?

All jobs are fitted within 7 days from the template.Time may vary during busier periods.

How and when do I pay for my worktops ?

We ask for 50% of the cost when we carry out the digital template and the balance on completion of the installation of your worktops. We accept BACS Transfer or cash; unfortunately we do not accept debit or credit cards.

Can I visit you to choose my granite, quartz or marble worktops?

Yes of course, feel free to visit our showroom, we have many samples and displays of quartz and granite worktops for you to look at and make sure you make the right choice. Images alone don’t do all products and finishes the justice they truly deserve. We welcome you to visit our Staffordshire showroom to view our product samples.
